Hi guys- I have always been a fan of the Too Faced Sweethearts blushes- the shades are great on almost everyone, the trio tones make them versatile and I can’t resist blushers with a built-in highlight. Photos below are appearance in both shade and direct sunlight.

Enter Too Faced Sweethearts Bronzer in “Sweet Tea”….the only shade so far. Too Faced wisely chose to re-use their cute heart shaped cardboard container for this one, designing the packaging in mint green, dark brown and gold- the kind of box you’d see housing real Parisian macarons.

The net weight of the product is 5.5 g, or .019 ounces and is priced at $30.00 U.S. The heart bronzer is split vertically into two tones, light and dark, with no divider in between so you can swirl your brush and pick up and little or as much of each shade as you’d prefer. Oddly, my container isn’t split evenly down the center- I’m not sure if this is true of all of them, but I have slightly more of the dark shade than the light.

Both shades have a baked, very faintly marbleized finish and carry very fine, gold toned micro shimmers throughout. The effect on the skin is a bit closer to the glitter side than it is glow.

Sweet Tea is buildable, but it’s easy to go to heavy upon first application- there’s a ton of color payoff per brush swipe. Both shades have a warmer undertone than I’d normally wear but in summer, it works, especially with a warm peach or salmon shade of blush.
